We are an extreme, functional outdoor exercise program that helps people lose body fat and tone. Our program is different than others because we use unconventional equipment that makes the body work harder. We keep a very supportive environment with all shapes and sizes that encourage each other. We are not a gym, not a quick fix program, we're just phenomenally effective.
The Boot camp program meets three times per week and the program last for one month. So there is no big commitment from you. However, many participants take advantage of our program and continue to repeat it.
The boot camp is the biggest "bang for your buck" when it comes to professional instruction. This style of "results driven training" would cost you over $1000 per month in a one-on-one setting. You also build camaraderie with friends and co-workers doing obstacle course and team oriented workouts. The boot camp is only $200.00 your first month. A savings of $800.00. BUT, you could just continue your normal gym routine that is monotonous and has not changed your body in months.

We do intense metabolic strength training at this camp using unconventional means. That is composed of strength training, agility, dynamic functional movement, and stretching. The camp last for 4 weeks. Every workout is totally different so you are constantly getting results.
You should wear lose athletic gears-sweat pants shorts etc. You need a big towel or mat, water, and some mental toughness.
Absolutely. Its sounds counter intuitive but, you will get sick if you do not eat anything. If you have the time to get a well balanced breakfast then do so but if you're going straight to the camp from bed eat half a piece of fruit. Stay away from high fat meals and processed foods before the camp these will also cause sickness.
Weight loss and toning the body is a side effect of participating in our program. We have seen people lose up to 20 lbs in the four week program and continue to lose more as they keep coming back for more results. But results will vary based on your goals and daily habits outside the camp.
The workouts are typically 45 minutes but can last and hour. If we are running over the instructor will let you know, so you can leave if necessary.
