These exercises look too hard for me. We start off with more conventional exercises and progressively mover to the harder ones that make you burn more fat (as seen in the video above).

I don't know what to expect. Expect to get into shape! The first time we meet we give you a booklet ($25.00 value for free), explain over our program and get you comfortable exercising.

What if everyone else out there is in great shape? Never; there will always be different fitness levels and we will adjust exercises based on your fitness level.

The thought of being on boring cardio equipment for hours makes you cringe. Every workout is different you will never get bored! You're busy, and it's hard to find time to be fit and healthy. We have different times and several locations and the workouts are 45 minutes long three days per week. I will make it my duty to see to it tha tyou meet these goals and stay motivated along the way.
